When A Buyer Asks AI For Three Suppliers, Are You One Of Them?
AEO and GEO optimization services are the work of making a business something AI systems can understand, verify and cite: answer engine optimization formats your content so it can be lifted into an answer, and generative engine optimization makes your identity consistent enough across the web that an assistant will risk naming you. Both matter because buyers now shortlist inside ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews before they open a results page.
This page publishes the research with its sources, the prices, and the things we will not promise. The cheapest tier is one piece of measurement with no retainer attached, and it is the right purchase for most people reading this.
| Your pages are indexed in Google | ✓ first |
| Google Business Profile is complete | ✓ first |
| Something off your domain mentions you | ✓ first |
| A dashboard that ranks you in ChatGPT | ✗ none exists |
| A guarantee that AI will recommend you | ✗ nobody can |
We Publish the Research With Its Sources and Its Disagreements
The three studies below measured the same shift and got materially different numbers. Any agency quoting you a single confident figure on AI search either has not read them or is counting on you not to.
We Have Shipped This, Not Just Written About It
Schema, entity consistency and llms.txt implemented on live client sites. We also built and published a free AI visibility checker, which you can run on your own pages before speaking to anybody here.
We Will Tell You When the Answer Is No
The cheapest tier exists to establish whether a retainer is worth buying, and for a fair number of businesses the honest answer turns out to be that it is not. We would rather lose that sale early than defend it on the third call.
Measurement Is Manual and We Show You the Raw Results
No platform reports how often an assistant names you, so there is nothing to automate. We fix a set of your real buyer questions, re-run them monthly, and hand you what came back rather than a score we invented.
The difference this work makes
Why AI Says Nothing About Most Businesses
Invisible to Assistants
- ✗Assistants cannot confirm what you do, so they name somebody elseAn AI answer is a risk decision. Faced with a business it cannot verify and three it can, it recommends the three. Absence is not a penalty, it is the default.
- ✗Your identity is not machine-readableWithout structured data and consistent descriptions there is nothing solid to parse. The business exists, the entity does not, and an entity is what gets cited.
- ✗Your site, Google profile and directories all describe you differentlyThree different categories and two different service lists. Conflicting data is the single most common reason an assistant says nothing about a business at all.
- ✗Nothing on the page is quotableVague positioning cannot be lifted into an answer, because there is no specific claim to lift. Prices, timelines and real numbers are citable. Being passionate about quality is not.
- ✗You have no idea where you standAI mentions do not appear in your analytics, so the gap stays invisible. Most businesses discover it only when a client mentions what an assistant said about a competitor.
Citable by Assistants
- ✓You get named when buyers ask for options in your categoryNot guaranteed and not every time, but you become one of the businesses an assistant can afford to recommend because it can verify you.
- ✓Your entity signals are unambiguousStructured data and consistent descriptions so the business, its category, its location and its services resolve to one thing rather than several.
- ✓One consistent story everywhereThe same name, category, location and service list on your site, your Google Business Profile, LinkedIn, directories and industry listings.
- ✓Content a system can actually liftShort direct answers near the top of the page, headings phrased the way questions are asked, and the specifics only your business holds.
- ✓A monthly record of where you appear and who appears insteadYour real buyer questions, re-run, with the raw answers. Including the months where nothing moved, because those happen.
Why this matters now
What the 2026 Research Actually Found
We publish sources rather than adjectives, with their dates and their methods. These are three independent studies from 2025 and 2026, and they do not measure the same thing, which is worth knowing before anybody quotes one of them at you as the settled number for AI search.
58%
Drop in top-position click-through when an AI Overview appears
Ahrefs re-ran its study across 300,000 keywords, half with an AI Overview and half informational keywords without one, and reported in February 2026 that “the presence of an AI Overview now correlates with a 58% lower average clickthrough rate” for position one. Its earlier run had put that at 34.5 percent. Read the movement rather than the number: the same team, same method, found the effect had nearly doubled, though the newer study compares December 2023 with December 2025 against a one-year gap before, so some of the change is the longer window. Note also the word correlates, which is Ahrefs’s own and not ours. That tells you the ground is still moving, and it is the reason we will not build you a forecast. It also tells you what the work is actually for. If a buyer reads an answer and never clicks, the only way you were present in that moment is if the answer named you. Ranking first and being unnamed in the summary above it is now a real and common outcome.
8%
Share of visits producing a click once an AI summary is shown
Pew Research Center tracked what real users actually did, using browsing data from 900 US adults across 68,879 Google searches in March 2025, and found that users who met an AI summary “clicked on a traditional search result link in 8% of all visits”, against 15 percent for those who did not. Put beside the Ahrefs figure, this is the most instructive pairing on this page, precisely because the two are not measuring the same quantity. Ahrefs measured click-through to the top organic result on keywords where an Overview appears. Pew measured the share of all visits producing any click at all. Both found a large fall, and neither number can be substituted for the other, which is exactly how one study ends up quoted as though it proved the other. Pew also found that links inside the summary itself were clicked in only 1 percent of visits.
68%
Share of US Google searches ending with no click at all
SparkToro, working from Similarweb clickstream data covering January to April 2026, reported that “a whopping 68.01% of Google searches ended without a click” in the United States. Worth being careful with this one: zero-click searches long predate AI summaries. People have always searched for a phone number, a spelling or a cricket score and read the answer without clicking. So this figure is not evidence that AI caused anything, and we are not presenting it that way. What it does establish is the environment the other two numbers sit inside. The search result page was already answering a large share of questions on its own, and AI summaries extend that to the comparison and shortlisting questions that used to send a buyer to your website.
0
Platforms that will report how often an assistant recommends you
Zero, and this is the most important number here. Google gives you Search Console. ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Copilot give you nothing: no impressions, no ranking, no position history, no API that answers the question. So every AI visibility report in this market is either manual testing or an estimate dressed as data, and that is worth knowing before you pay for a dashboard. Ours is manual and we say so. We fix ten to twenty of your real buyer questions, run them monthly across the assistants, and hand you the raw answers. It is less impressive than a graph and it is the only version that is true. If an agency shows you an AI ranking dashboard, ask where the data comes from.
Sources, with dates so you can check how current they are: the 58 percent figure from Ahrefs’s 2026 re-run, published 4 February 2026, and the 34.5 percent figure from its original April 2025 study; the click-share figures from Pew Research Center, published 22 July 2025 on March 2025 browsing data; the zero-click measurement from SparkToro, published 8 June 2026. Methods and sample periods differ and the three measure different quantities, so treat all of this as direction rather than arithmetic. Two things we have deliberately left out: any projection of AI search share, because the honest ones are wide ranges and the confident ones are guesses, and any figure for how much traffic AI assistants send, because the published estimates vary too much to quote responsibly.
Five Checks You Can Run Tonight, Free
You can test your own AI visibility in about ten minutes without paying anybody, including us. Open ChatGPT, Gemini or Perplexity and ask the questions your buyers would ask, then note who gets named.
- Ask an assistant to recommend companies in your category and city
- Ask it what your business does, by name, and check whether the answer is right
- Ask for alternatives to your largest competitor, and see if you are listed
- Run the same three questions in a second assistant and compare
- Check whether your own pages are indexed in ordinary Google search
On the first check, if you are not mentioned at all, that is the gap this service closes. If you are mentioned, you want to know why and how to keep it. The second check is the one that unsettles people most: assistants routinely describe a business with the wrong category, an old address or a service it stopped offering years ago, and that is an entity problem with a concrete fix. The third shows whether you exist in your category or only under your own name, which are very different positions. The fourth matters because the assistants disagree with each other constantly, so a single test tells you very little. The fifth is the one that decides whether to spend here at all: if your pages are not in ordinary search, no amount of AEO work will help, and you should read our technical SEO page instead of this one.
Our process
A Seven Step AEO and GEO Framework
AI Visibility Audit
We run your real buyer questions through ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews, record where you appear and who is recommended instead, and check what the web currently says about you. This AI visibility audit is also sold on its own as the first pricing tier, deliberately.
Entity and Consistency Work
One business name, category, location and service description across your site, Google Business Profile, LinkedIn, directories and industry listings. Conflicting data is the most common reason assistants say nothing about a business.
Structured Data Implementation
Organization, LocalBusiness, Service, FAQPage and Article schema on the pages that matter, so machines can parse what each page is rather than inferring it from prose.
Answer-First Content
Short direct answers near the top of each page, headings that match how questions get asked, and the specifics only your business holds: prices, timelines, processes, real numbers. The citable material is almost always the uncomfortably specific material.
Crawlability and llms.txt
We confirm AI browsing tools can actually fetch and parse your pages, then publish llms.txt and llms-full.txt so systems have a clean map of your site. We have shipped this on live client sites rather than only recommending it.
Citations and Authority
Relevant directory, association, industry and review presence, because AI answers lean heavily on what sites you do not control say about you. This is the slowest part and the hardest for a competitor to copy.
Monthly Tracking and Reporting
The same buyer questions re-run every month, with a plain-language report on where you appear, where you do not, and what changed. Including the months where the answer is that nothing changed.
SEO, AEO and GEO: What Is Actually Different
Three acronyms, sold as three services. Most of the underlying work is shared, and that is the honest starting point for any conversation about budget. If somebody is quoting you three separate programmes, ask which parts overlap.
| SEO | AEO | GEO | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Goal | Rank in the list | Be the answer | Be cited in answers |
| Shows up in | Google and maps | Snippets and summaries | ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity |
| Depends most on | Pages and links | Question formatting | Consistency web-wide |
| Measured by | Search Console | Search Console, partly | Manual testing only |
| Scale today | Most of your visits | Growing | Small but rising |
| Our pricing | Separate retainer | From INR 40,000 | From INR 90,000 |
GEO does not replace SEO, and we would be suspicious of anybody telling you otherwise. On every measurement published in 2026, Google organic search still sends far more visitors than AI assistants combined. What has changed is that a growing share of shortlisting now happens inside an assistant, invisibly, before any enquiry exists. That is a real problem and it is a narrower one than the category’s marketing suggests. If you already run an SEO retainer, adding this should be incremental rather than a second full programme, and we price it that way.
What you get
Exactly What Is Delivered
No line item that simply says AI optimisation. This is the actual scope, and on the retainers it repeats every month so you can see what changed.
Schema deployment and monitoring
Organization, LocalBusiness, Service and FAQPage JSON-LD across your priority pages, validated and checked for breakage after site changes.
Buyer question tracking, monthly
Ten to twenty real customer questions run across ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity, with the raw answers recorded rather than scored.
Answer-first rewrites
Direct answers and comparison content added to your top service and location pages, in your own voice rather than ours.
Entity and citation work
Consistent business data across profiles, directories, associations and review platforms relevant to your category.
Crawlability checks and llms.txt
Technical confirmation that AI tools can fetch your pages, plus llms.txt and llms-full.txt published and kept current.
A record of who is recommended instead of you
Named, every month. Often the most useful page in the report, because it shows what those businesses have that you do not.
Plain-language reporting
Where you were mentioned, where you were not, who appeared instead, and what we changed. No invented visibility score.
A prioritised fix list you can take anywhere
Written so any developer can act on it, including one who has never spoken to us. On the baseline tier this is the main deliverable.
An honest recommendation on whether to continue
At the end of the baseline, and again quarterly on the programme tier, including a recommendation to stop when that is the right call.
Who This Is Built For
This work pays hardest where buyers research quietly before contacting anyone, and where one new client is worth a lot. It pays worst where neither is true, and we would rather say which you are early.
Manufacturers and exporters
Purchase managers ask assistants for suppliers by product, grade or process before requesting a quote. Being absent from that list means never entering the process at all.
Professional and legal firms
Corporate buyers shortlist advisers and counsel from a handful of names an assistant produces. Related to our law firm branding work.
Healthcare and clinics
Patients and families increasingly ask AI tools what a treatment involves and who provides it nearby, often before any search.
B2B, investigation and risk firms
Long cycles and committee decisions, where being named early decides who gets invited to pitch.
Businesses with a high value per client
Where one additional client pays for a year of this work. That is the arithmetic that decides whether a retainer makes sense.
Companies already ranking well in ordinary search
The best candidates. The pages are already good, already indexed and already fetchable, so this work compounds on a sound base.
Businesses not yet indexed in Google
The group we turn away. If search cannot fetch your pages, assistants cannot either, and your money belongs in SEO services first.
What actually changes
What Changes in Practice
Narrower and slower than the category claims, and real. What this work changes is whether a system can afford to name you, which is a verification problem rather than a persuasion problem. A note on evidence, since this page is about honest sourcing: we are not going to show you a client graph of AI mentions over time, because no platform produces that data and any chart we drew would be our own manual counts presented as something more official. What we can say is what we have implemented, on which live sites, and what the monthly tests came back with.
An assistant can verify you, so it can risk naming you
The whole mechanism in one line. You are not persuading a model, you are giving it something checkable.
Your business gets described correctly
Right category, right location, right services. The fix for being described wrongly is usually entity work, and it is fast.
You can see the gap you could not see before
A named list of who gets recommended instead of you, refreshed monthly. Useful even in the months nothing else moves.
The same work improves ordinary search
Schema, consistency and clearer answers are not AI-specific. Very little of this is wasted if AI search plateaus tomorrow.
What the First Engagement Looks Like
The baseline engagement, which is where almost everyone should start and where a fair number of people should stop. Two weeks, one deliverable, no retainer attached.
Day 1 to 2: Agree the questions
We draft twenty to thirty questions your buyers would actually type, you correct them. This step decides whether the whole exercise is meaningful, so we do not skip it to save time.
Day 3 to 5: Run them across the assistants
ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews, with the raw answers recorded, including who gets named instead of you and what is said about them.
Day 5 to 7: Entity and consistency check
What your site, Google Business Profile, LinkedIn and the relevant directories currently claim about you, and where they contradict each other.
Day 7 to 9: Technical and schema audit
What AI crawlers can actually fetch, what schema exists, what is broken, and whether your pages are indexed in ordinary search at all.
Day 9 to 11: llms.txt published
Written and live on your site, along with llms-full.txt. Small, cheap and one of the few things in this field you can simply do.
Day 12 to 14: Fix list and the honest verdict
A prioritised list any developer can act on, plus a straight answer on whether a monthly programme is worth buying for your business.
Published pricing
What AEO and GEO Cost
Published, because this category has no settled price norms yet, which is why quoted numbers vary by a factor of twenty. The AEO and GEO optimization cost in India is being invented engagement by engagement, and it is often sold as a percentage uplift on an SEO retainer with no separate scope behind it. Ours is below with what each tier contains. Read the first column before the other two.
AI Visibility Baseline
One piece of measurement and repair, with no retainer attached. It is the right purchase for almost everyone reading this page, including the businesses who will never buy a monthly programme from us.
- ✓20 to 30 real buyer questions run across four assistants
- ✓A written record of who gets recommended instead, and why
- ✓Schema and crawlability audit against what AI crawlers fetch
- ✓llms.txt and llms-full.txt written and published
- ✓A prioritised fix list you can hand to any developer
- ✓An honest answer on whether a retainer is worth it
- ✓One-time, no renewal
- ✓Typically 2 weeks
AEO Retainer
Per month. The monthly scope listed above, on a focused set of service and location pages. Right once you already rank reasonably in ordinary search, because AI assistants are reading those same pages.
- ✓The baseline work first, included
- ✓Schema deployed and monitored across priority pages
- ✓10 to 20 buyer questions tracked every month
- ✓Answer-first rewrites on your top service pages
- ✓Entity and citation consistency work
- ✓Plain-language reporting on mentions and omissions
- ✓Cancel at a month’s notice
- ✓Billed monthly
GEO Programme
Per month. For multi-location or multi-service businesses where being named in an AI answer decides whether you are invited to quote. It runs alongside an SEO retainer, not instead of one.
- ✓Everything in the AEO retainer
- ✓All locations and service lines covered
- ✓Citation work across associations and review platforms
- ✓Comparison and alternatives content built deliberately
- ✓Coordination with your SEO and content programme
- ✓Quarterly review including a stop recommendation
- ✓Two named people on the account
- ✓Billed monthly
Read the first column again. Most businesses do not need a GEO retainer on day one and we mean that, which is why the baseline exists as a product rather than as a free sales call. It is one piece of measurement, and it tells you whether there is a problem worth paying monthly to fix. For a fair number of businesses the answer turns out to be no.
Two conditions worth stating before anybody signs a retainer. First, if your pages are not indexed or your schema is broken, the money belongs in SEO services and technical SEO instead, because the assistants read those same pages and no amount of AEO work fixes a page nothing can fetch. Second, if a new client is worth twenty or thirty thousand rupees to you, neither retainer can pay for itself whatever it does for your visibility. We would rather say that here than on the third call. Start with the free AI visibility checker if you want a number before you speak to anyone.
What We Will Not Promise You
This category attracts overclaiming more than any other service we sell, so here is our position in plain terms.
- ✗We cannot guarantee that ChatGPT will recommend youNobody can, and any agency promising it is selling certainty that does not exist. What we influence is how clearly and consistently you are described, which is what these systems draw on.
- ✗We will not show you an AI ranking dashboardBecause there is no data behind one. Monitoring is manual, against a fixed set of your buyer questions, and we hand you the raw results rather than a score.
- ✗We will not start here if the foundations are missingPages not indexed, an incomplete Google Business Profile, or nothing off your own domain mentioning you. Those come first and we will say so before quoting.
- ✗We will not quote a percentage uplift in revenueWhat we can show is whether you are named more often this quarter than last. Anything beyond that is a number somebody made up.
- ✗We will not sell the retainer to a business it cannot pay backIf your value per client is low, this maths does not work. We will tell you that at the baseline stage rather than after six months of invoices.
Where to Start
Do the self-check above first. Open an assistant, ask the three questions your buyers would ask, and note who gets named. That costs nothing and it tells you most of what a paid audit would. If you want a number rather than an impression, run our free AI visibility checker on any page, or the free SEO checker if you suspect the real problem is ordinary search. If you are not mentioned and your pages are indexed, the baseline tier is the right next step and it is deliberately priced as a product you can buy once. If your pages are not indexed, start with an SEO audit instead and come back to this page afterwards. Either way, send us your site and the questions your buyers ask, and we will tell you which of those three situations you are in.
AEO and GEO Questions, Answered
What is Generative Engine Optimization (GEO)?
GEO is the work of making your business something AI systems can understand, verify and cite when they generate an answer. In practice it combines structured data, consistent business information across the web, answer-first content and off-site citations, so an assistant has something unambiguous to repeat about you. The mechanism is worth understanding because it explains what you are buying: an AI answer is a risk decision, and a model faced with one business it cannot verify and three it can will name the three. You are not persuading anything. You are becoming checkable. In this market, generative engine optimization services are usually bought as a monthly programme rather than a one-off project, because the answers move as the models update.
What is Answer Engine Optimization (AEO)?
Answer engine optimization is formatting content as direct, concise answers, definitions, comparisons and FAQs, so it can be lifted into featured snippets, voice answers and AI summaries. It overlaps heavily with GEO and with ordinary SEO, and anybody selling it as a wholly separate discipline is inflating the scope. The practical difference it makes is in where the answer sits on the page and how specific it is. A page that opens with two paragraphs of positioning and reaches the actual answer halfway down is hard to quote. A page that answers in the first sentence, with a number or a price in it, is easy to quote. Demand for AEO services in Delhi has risen fastest among B2B exporters and professional firms, where buyers research in an assistant long before they enquire.
Is GEO replacing SEO?
No, and we would be cautious about anybody who says it is. On every measurement published in 2026, Google organic search still sends far more website visits than AI assistants combined. What has changed is narrower and still significant: a growing share of shortlisting now happens inside an assistant, before any search or enquiry, and you cannot see it happening. So the honest framing is that GEO addresses a specific new gap rather than replacing the channel that still brings most of your visitors. If you have a fixed budget and your pages are not ranking in ordinary search, SEO is where that money should go. If you rank well and still never get named in an assistant, this is the work that addresses it.
How do you measure AI visibility?
Manually, because no platform provides reporting. There is no Search Console for ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity or Copilot: no impressions, no position history, no API that answers the question. So we fix a set of ten to twenty real buyer questions, run them monthly across the assistants, and record whether you appear, what is said about you and who is recommended instead. You get the raw answers. A ChatGPT visibility report is only ever as good as the question set behind it, which is why we agree that set with you rather than inventing it. This is less impressive than a dashboard and it is the only version that is true, which is why it is worth asking any agency showing you an AI ranking graph where exactly the underlying data comes from. Most such dashboards are either doing the same manual testing we are or modelling an estimate.
Can you guarantee ChatGPT will recommend my business?
No, and nobody can. The models change without notice, the answers vary between sessions for the same question, and no provider offers placement of any kind. What we can influence is how clearly and consistently your business is described across the web, which is what these systems draw on when they decide whether to name somebody. Results show up as more frequent mentions over months rather than as a guaranteed placement, and some months show no movement at all. If an agency offers you a guarantee here, the useful follow-up question is what happens contractually when it does not hold, because the answer is usually nothing.
Does this work for small and local businesses?
Often better than for large ones, because most competitors in Delhi NCR have not done this work yet. A smaller business with clean structured data, consistent listings and genuinely specific content can be cited ahead of a much larger name with none of that in place, which is not true in ordinary search where domain authority weighs heavily. The caveat is the value-per-client arithmetic rather than company size. If one new client is worth a few lakh to you, the baseline pays for itself on the first one. If a client is worth twenty thousand rupees, the retainer tiers cannot work however well the visibility improves, and we will say so.
Do we need to rebuild our website?
Usually not, and we would push back if somebody told you otherwise as a precondition. Most of this is additive: schema markup, content additions on existing pages, llms.txt, and off-site consistency work that does not touch your site at all. We would only recommend rebuilding if the site genuinely cannot be crawled or maintained, which is a redesign conversation with its own justification rather than something to bundle into an AI visibility project. Be wary of any proposal where the first line item for AI search work is a new website, because that is a much larger sale wearing a smaller label.
What is llms.txt and do we need it?
It is a plain text file that gives AI systems a clean map of your site and its most important content. Two honest qualifications. It is an emerging convention rather than a requirement, and no assistant has committed publicly to honouring it the way search engines honour robots.txt. So nobody can tell you with confidence how much it helps today. What makes it worth doing anyway is the cost: it takes an hour, it breaks nothing, and if the convention does get adopted you are already there. We have implemented it on live client sites and we include it even in the cheapest tier. Treat anybody selling llms.txt as a major deliverable with suspicion.
How long before we see movement?
Technical and schema changes can affect how AI tools read your site within days. Being named in answers usually builds over two to four months alongside consistent citation work, and longer in competitive categories. The part worth setting expectations on is that progress is lumpy rather than gradual: you may see nothing for two months and then appear in several answers at once, because the underlying models and their sources update in steps. That makes month-to-month comparison noisy, which is why our reporting shows the raw answers across a fixed question set rather than a trend line that would imply more precision than exists.
Should we block AI crawlers instead?
For most businesses, no. Blocking removes you from AI answers without returning the clicks that were lost, so you pay the cost of the shift twice. The calculation is genuinely different for publishers whose content has licensing value, where there is a real argument for restricting access and negotiating terms, and we would not talk a news or research business out of that position. But for an agency, a manufacturer, a clinic or a professional firm, your content is marketing rather than inventory. You want it read, quoted and attributed. Blocking in that situation is choosing invisibility and calling it control.
Do we need this if we already have an SEO retainer?
It layers on top rather than replacing it, and a lot of the underlying work is shared, which should be reflected in what you pay. If you already have SEO running, adding AEO and GEO ought to be incremental rather than a second full programme, and we price it that way. The practical test is to ask your current provider what they already do on schema, entity consistency and answer formatting, because competent SEO work in 2026 covers a meaningful share of this. If they are doing it, you may need only the measurement and the citation work. If a proposal duplicates things your existing retainer already covers, that is worth raising rather than paying for twice.
What does AEO and GEO work cost?
Our prices are published above rather than quoted on request: INR 25,000 to 45,000 one-time for the AI Visibility Baseline, INR 40,000 to 75,000 a month for the AEO Retainer, and INR 90,000 to 1,80,000 a month for the GEO Programme, billable in INR, USD or AED. We publish them because this category has no settled norms and quotes vary by a factor of twenty for similar scope. What moves our numbers is how many pages, locations and buyer questions are tracked, not how many acronyms appear in the proposal. If you are comparing quotes, the question that separates them is what is actually delivered each month, because a retainer that only re-runs a few prompts is a very different product at a similar price.
Do you work with businesses outside India?
Yes. We work with clients in the UAE, UK and US, with working hours that overlap comfortably with the Gulf and Europe and a workable overlap with North America. Being a GEO agency in Delhi is actually an advantage on cost here rather than a limitation, because this work is research, writing and implementation rather than anything requiring presence. One genuine caveat for overseas clients, and it applies whether you hire us or any other generative engine optimization agency: the citation and directory work is market-specific, so the associations, listings and review platforms that matter in the US are not the ones that matter in India. We research those for your market rather than applying an Indian list, and that is part of why the programme tier costs more.
What should we fix before starting GEO work?
Three things, and they are the reason we turn work away. Your pages should be indexed in ordinary search, your Google Business Profile should be complete and accurate, and your business should be described consistently wherever it already appears online. If those are not in place, this work has nothing to build on, because the assistants read the same pages search engines read and draw on the same scattered mentions. You can check the first one yourself in a minute by searching for your own page URL in Google. If it does not appear, start with an SEO audit and come back here afterwards. We will tell you this before quoting rather than after.
Why does your own AI search optimization page publish its sources?
Because the alternative is asking you to take a number on trust in a field where the numbers disagree. The three studies cited above measured the same shift and reached materially different conclusions, and the most common thing we see in competitors’ material is one of those figures quoted alone, without the method or the disagreement. That is not a small omission: it is the difference between telling you the ground is moving and telling you exactly how far it has moved. We would rather publish the range, name the studies and let you check them. It is also a demonstration of the work itself, since specific, sourced, checkable claims are precisely the material an AI system can cite.

Where We Work
Find Out If AI Engines Know You Exist
Send us your website and the questions your buyers would ask. We will run them across ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity and show you exactly what comes back, including who is recommended instead of you.
